BECOMING A SECURE WOMAN (TIWATOPE IN SISTA)

I'm not sure if you've had the chance to watch the movie "Sista," but if you haven't, I strongly recommend that you do. It's been the talk of the town lately, with everyone praising Sista for her incredible strength. There's no denying her admirable qualities, but today, I want to shift our focus to Tiwatope, played by Bisola Aiyeola, who is the wife of Fola. Although her role might not be as recognized, there are valuable lessons for women in her character that deserve our attention. Tiwa portrayed a woman who exuded remarkable self-assurance. THE DEEP SEATED UNHAPPINESS

It's funny how people look at your life and expect you to be happy, I mean you have it all figured out right. You have a well-paying job- two for that matter, especially in this current economy; you are married and have a life going on.  But you alone understand that nothing in all of this makes so much sense now. you are constantly questioning your existence and what drives your happiness. The burden to keep going for everyone else except yourself is drowning you. The burden of not being able to proceed draws you in, and y...

IN HER HEAD

The smile, beaming from the eyes... Remains the first thing that lingered in my head One that came with a mixed feeling Probably one i wasn't ready to explore Love is found in hopeless places Yours was one i lived in for a long time Little did i know it was mutual A fire i was scared to ignite Your company was one i couldn't avoid  A lasting effect in my memory One place i guide with care Yet occupied by the thought of your existence Your distance i couldn't handle Though scared to accept Yet consumed with loneliness With only memories to dwell on. Passion is felt when your body graces mine Scared to express it Could only wish that the flames burns across Else it was going to burn me. Then came the revelation One that took forever to admit But one needed at that moment Cause the moment needed to birth reality Your touch i cant get over The memories created can't be forgotten The feelings cant be suppressed With you is ...
